No, to ensure fairness, participants are not allowed to work on pre-existing projects or projects they have previously worked on. However, you can familiarize yourself with the tools and technologies you plan to use in advance.

Projects that have previously received awards or funding are not allowed to participate. Previously proposed ideas may be submitted, provided that the solutions are developed during the hackathon period to ensure added value.
